Replacement Thule Cross Bars and Roof Basket on 2006 Land Rover LR3 with Factory Rails

I have a 2006 Land Rover LR3 SE in my shop. It has a set of factory roof rails and an aftermarket Thule roof rack and basket. The owner would like to replace the roof rack and basket because of an accident. Thank You

I can't tell by the pictures if all the parts are damaged but the Thule roof rack in the pictures consist of the old style 58 inch square bars, Podium foot pack, and fit kit # THKIT3112.
The basket doesn't look like a Thule product to me. I'm fairly sure it's the Yakima LoadWarrior # Y07070 or possibly the MegaWarrior # Y07080. Look at the picture I've attached of the mounting brackets off the LR3 compared to the Yakima brackets.
Of course, if you wanted, the basket can be replaced with a Thule. The most popular being the Canyon XT # TH859XT-8591XT.
