Yes, the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube - Round - 2-5/16" Ball - 25,000 lbs # BD1289020300 is lockable with a standard padlock. I recommend the Master Lock Laminated Steel Padlock- 1-9/16" Wide- 3/8" Shackle - Blue Cover - Keyed Alike # ML312KA for a little less metal on metal rattle.
