Trailer Tire Recommendation in Size 5.30-12 for Highway Speeds

Question:
Hi would this tire be better for a long highway trip as oppose to a radial since the speed rating is higher? I normally drive between 70-75mph most of the 7hr trip. thanks

Radial tires are preferred for highway use actually. A radial tire flexes more than a bias tire, giving it better ground contact, traction, stability, and tread wear.
A radial tire will normally run cooler than a bias ply tire, especially when the tire is under a load. A tire that runs cooler will last longer.
That being said in the tire size of 5.30-12, I recommend the Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # TA78RR. The good news is that this tire is rated for higher speeds like you mentioned. This tire is rated for up to 81 mph whereas most trailer tires are only rated for 65 mph. All things considered this is your best option. I attached a review video for this wheel and tire for you to check out as well.
