Will I need anything else with my 2004 Lexus GX470 with Factory tow package factory installed 7 way connector as it was not in your list of vehicles this works with? This question is for Prodigy RF brake controller TK94FR.

As long as the 7-way of your 2004 Lexus GX 470 has the 12 volt power source circuit completed then it would work fine with the Prodigy RF controller part # TK94FR.
The 12 volt power circuit is the one in the 1:00 position of the 7-way. You would need to test it with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993.
To complete this circuit you would need 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 and then a circuit breaker like part # 9510.
