Troubleshooting Swivel Jack That Will Not Swivel

Question:
Hello. It seems that my jack doesnt want to swivel. Very stiff. I must force it to swivel. Is there an adjustment? Thank you

There really is no adjustment for this model swivel jack.
You could try to spray the pivot point between the jack and mount with a good penetrating oil. There may be some dirt or rust in the swivel point that this spray lube can penetrate and free up the jack and allow it to swivel up and down.
