Since we do not offer any hitches for your 2016 BMW 328i xdrive your bike carrying options are roof-rack-mount carriers and trunk-mount bike racks. No one bike carrier can handle four bikes on your specific vehicle so you will need to put some on the roof and some on a truck-mount rack.

Trunk-mount bike racks top out at 3-bike capacity and you can see all 2- and 3-bike options on the linked page. The one I suggest is the Thule OutWay 2-bike rack # TH45JV which mounts using 2 rubber coated straps, instead of 6 straps as on most other racks. This is one of the best 2-bike rack options on the market.

For the other two bikes you will need to have a roof rack on the car. I linked our main page for roof racks for your 328i xdrive. Just click on the type of roof you have and select the Vehicle Style (2, 4, 5 door or wagon) to then see roof rack options. For example, if you have a 4-door with bare roof you can use the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero bar rack made of parts # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK328. On this rack you can use two of bike carrier # TH598004, the ProRide from Thule.
