How to Properly Calibrate Scale on Weigh Safe 2 and 2-5/16 Hitch Ball

Question:
How do you properly calibrate the WSUN-1? I used the Allen wrench to adjust the top of the ball back to 0 lbs from 100 lbs. The scale states the tongue weight for my camper is 100 lbs. This cant be true. I cant lift it at all. Is there a manual available for this product.

To properly calibrate the scale on the Weigh Safe 2" and 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # WSUN-1, you will tighten the nut, which includes the scale, to the hitch ball shank with a 1-1/2 inch diameter wrench to 100 lb ft torque. Once the ball is attached with the nut, use the included hex/allen wrench and tighten the ball set screw until the gauge reads 100 pounds. After 100 pounds has been reached, back out set screw until the gauge hits "0" and the ball won't turn anymore by hand. The screw should be flush in the ball or slightly lower.
The Weigh Safe should now be properly calibrated and ready for use. I have also included an image of these instructions for your review.
