Question:
Which trailer wiring harness will work on the vehicle side of an Infiniti M37? Is there a how-to on which wires to splice into on the tailights?

For your 2011 Infiniti M37 we do have trailer wiring available, but they are all universal fit harnesses that will require you to test the wires of your taillight harnesses and splice into them accordingly.
The ZCI kit part # 119250KIT is one of the confirmed fits and requires no splicing to the taillight wiring. It instead uses sensors that clamp to the wiring. This would be the best solution.
