I have the cross-bars for my stock Audi Q5 and looks like to carry one surfboard, I just need the Rhino RRRWP03 . I was wondering if you could help understand if I need something different to carry TWO surfboards. Thank you for your time.

I wish I had a carrier that you would be able to carry two surfboards with on your 2016 Q5 but the only carrier we offer that can carry two boards is a Thule carrier, part # TH811XT, and it is not confirmed as a fit for your Audi crossbars.
The Rhino-Rack SUP and Surfboard Pad, part # RRRWP03 is designed to work with crossbars that measure up to 1-3/4 inches tall and 3-1/2 inches wide. This system comes with 2 tie-downs that help secure the board to the crossbars.
