Roof-Mounted Lighting Options for 2012 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab Pickup

I am trying to put a roof rack on a 2012 Silverado crew cab and 2 light bars for the front and back. I need help finding one that easy to install and and lights to mount to the roof rack

We can help you with a roof rack for the cab of your 2012 Silverado Crew Cab as well as with accessory light bars.

First, for a roof rack you can use the linked page to select the type of roof you have on the truck. Just click on your roof type at the top of the page to then see the racks that are compatible.

For instance if you have a bare roof you could use the Rhino-Rack roof rack consisting of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK227. For a cleaner OEM look and quieter performance you might prefer the aero-style bar rack # RR66SR.

Now if you only want the roof rack to hold your lights and not to haul cargo then you can skip the roof rack and use an item like the Carr C-Profile Rota Light Mounting Bar kit, parts # CARR210111 and # CARR220541, along with one of their off-road lights.

A lower cost option is a complete light assembly such as the 41-1/2-inch MaxxTow Off-Road LED Light Bar # MT80634. This includes hardware for installation as well as a wiring harness with switch. A longer 54-1/2-inch version is also available, part # MT80636.
