Expert Reply:
The Reese number that you supplied is now # RP58112, a replacement head for a Reese Round Bar WD System.
This head is rated at between 600-1200 lbs on the tongue weight when using the round spring bars. The max gross trailer weight when using 600 & 800 lbs rated bars is 10,000 lbs and 600 & 800 lbs on the tongue. If you are using the 1,200 lbs spring bars, then the max gross trailer weight is 12,000 lbs with a 1,200 lbs tongue weight.
If you are not using the head with WD, then the max gross trailer weight is 10,000 lbs and the tongue weight rating is 1,000 lbs.
