Can Water Pressure be Completely Shut Off with the Ultra Faucets Massaging Shower Head

I d like to revisit and get clarification on a previous question that was asked by another customer. Can the Ultra Faucets Massaging Shower Head with Flow Control # 277-000067 Stop Water Pressure? Your techs answer was that water pressure could be turned off at the shower head. I ask that you clarify that water flow can be turned off completely and not just reduced to a heavy trickle as is the case with my current shower head and so many of the newer RV shower heads. If your tech says that this shower head will completely stop water flow and it doesnt, can it be returned? Obviously, I would not return it because a few drips of water escape, but, I dont want to buy the same heavy trickle junk I presently have. Thanks

I spoke with my contact at Ultra Faucets and he informed me that the water pressure is not completely shut off when using the flow control on the Ultra Faucets Massaging Shower Head, # 277-000067. He says the reason it cannot shut off completely is to prevent users from forgetting to turn off the faucet, which will increase water pressure inside the supply hose to shower head and can eventually lead to rupture in the hose, potentially flooding the bathroom.
With this in mind, when the water flow is turned off just on the Ultra Faucets Shower Head, there will still be a moderate trickle of water coming from the head.
