Question:
I am interested in the prodigy 3, It would be installed on a 1993 Ford F-350 - 7.3 non turbo Diesel. It is equipped with a factory brake control 4 pin wiring connection under the dash, After reviewing your available wiring adapters it appears you only have 1994 year model and up available which has 6 dock locations, my 93 harness only has room for a 4 dock male plug from the controller. Please advise of a possible connector to fit my 93 F-350. I am very interested in your prodigy 3 controller. A neat and clean full fuctional install is very Important. LOVE YOUR WEBSITE! Important.

I confirmed with Tekonsha that they do not offer a brake controller quick-connect harness for your 1993 Ford F-350 but you can still install their outstanding Prodigy P3 trailer brake controller # 90195. If you have a factory 7-way and the under-dash connection port you can make your own harness.
You can use the pigtail plug that comes with the P3 along with Curt harness # C51312. Simply cut off the black plug (which would normally connect to a Curt brand brake controller) and splice the four wires - black, red, white and blue - to the wires on your Tekonsha pigtail. Match them color for color and secure with butt connectors like # DW05745-5.
