Will Installing an Aftermarket Trailer Hitch Void the Warranty on a 2015 Audi Q5

Question:
I have recently purchased 2015 Audi Q5. It is still under manufacturers warranty. I would like to get a trailer hitch installed to carry my bikes no wiring needed. I see that aftermarket hitch #75940 is more cost effective than OEM Audi hitch. I have 2 questions: 1 Does the installation of aftermarket hitch voids the manufacturers warranty? 2 Do you have a network of recommended places where I can get this professionally installed? Thank you

Consumers of aftermarket products are protected by the Federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act. The Act states that if something breaks on your vehicle and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless whatever modifications you have added to your vehicle actually caused the problem in question.
Any RV dealer with a service center could install trailer hitch # 75940 as could any trusted mechanic. I have linked a video showing an example installation as well as a link to the installation instructions.
