The Replacement Spring-Loaded Pull Pin for Rage Scooter and Wheelchair Carrier # SC500005 is made of steel. For a zinc plated 3/8 inch diameter pin you can use # LP38. The zinc will help resist corrosion. It's not a direct replacement but is the same size pin. It's also slightly shorter at 1-3/4 inches instead of 2 inches.
