The Hollywood Racks Trike Rack part # HR1000Z-R-TRKADP that you referenced would be your best option for carrying your Catrike 700 recumbent. You would need to have a 2 inch hitch installed on your vehicle as well. For that you would need the part # 75682 which I attached an install video for.
