Will Thule AeroBlade Edge Crossbars Interfere with Opening Glass Roof on a 2014 Ford Escape

Question:
Looking at TH7502-TH7503 for our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with Panoramic Glass Roof and Sunroof with Factory Side Rails but no cross bars. Eventually looking at installing a Thule Roof Box to hold skis and gear for ski trips. Have read some reviews that this system lies low to the roof and can prevent opening of the sunroof. Can you comment? Thanks!

There is an easy way to figure out if a roof rack such as the Thule AeroBlade Edge system # TH7502-TH7503 will allow the glass roof to open on your 2014 Ford Escape. Have someone sit in the vehicle and open the glass roof. If any part of it at any time raises up higher than the tops of the side rails then it is possible that the crossbars of a roof rack would get in the way. This roof rack is easy to take off and put on or move forward or backward as needed so I am sure there is a configuration that will allow the roof to open.
