Question:
I own a 2016 Ford F250 that has the mounts and holes in the bed for a 5th wheel. I am looking to replace the factory plugs with something better as I want to seal out any water, dirt, etc., from entering the bed area when I close it in with a cover. What do you suggest to cover these five holes? Thanks

We don't have anything that promises to be water-tight, however I do have a solution for you that will be as close as it comes. What we have are the Draw-Tite Replacement Puck Plug Covers for Elite and Signature Series Fifth Wheel Rails (Qty 2), # 58199. These are designed to work with the Draw-Tite Puck Service Kit (Qty. 1), # 58253. You would use thread tape like PTFE Thread Seal Tape - 1/2" Wide x 520" Long, # A05-0265, to seal your threads and then use silicone like the TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant - 10.1-Fl-Oz Cartridge - Black, # 0160299 to seal the seams and joints to keep water out.
