When installed how much ground clearance if any is lost?

You actually don't really lose any ground clearance when you have the front hitch part # 65067 installed on your 2016 Ford F-150. The lower air dam on the front of the truck gets trimmed out to allow the hitch to fit at basically the same height as the dam itself.

I attached a picture that I took from the install instructions to show this as well.
