For your application, I would recommend the Reese High Performance Trunnion System part # RP66020. This system is designed for trailers with tongue weights from 200 to 600 pounds, and the 470 pound tongue weigh of your trailer falls in this range.
I would recommend the Dual Cam High Performance Sway Control System, part # 26002. The dual cam systems are pro-active, meaning they work to prevent sway from happening in the first place and stop sway very quickly when it does happen. Other sway control systems are re-active meaning that they work to stop sway, but only after it has started.
The weight distribution system and Dual Cam Sway Control are available as the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System, part # RP66072.
