Is the Thule Spare Me Bike Rack Easily Removable from the Spare Tire on a 2005 Jeep Wrangler

Hello - I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler....looking at your bike rack. Can it be easily removed when not in use?

Yes, the Thule Spare Me # TH963PRO can easily be removed when not in use. All you would have to do is unlock the knob if it is locked and loosen it until you can pull the bike rack off of the spare tire on your 2005 Jeep Wrangler.
