For your 2017 Cadillac XT5, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2", # e62AR. This will give you a very strong trailer hitch with a 2 inch opening for a ball mount or accessories. To install, you will need to remove the rear fascia door that covers the hitch, but it can be reinstalled when not towing with two bolts. Access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, filing, or rotary tool. This installation should be routine for a professional installer. Unfortunately, I don't have an installation shop to recommend in Miami, FL. If you are mechanically inclined and have the tools, you should be able to install this hitch yourself. The estimated install time is 30 minutes. You can check out the install video and see what you think.

For your wiring needs, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector, # 118276. This will give you more options for towing than the 4 way flat connector, # 118720.
