If your 2012 Wrangler Sahara unlimited has a standard factory bumper I recommend the Curt Front-Mount Hitch, part # 31432.

This trailer hitch has a 2-inch receiver opening. From my online research I found the plow you have uses a 2-inch receiver so these should work great together. When installing, the underbody panel will need to be removed or if you plan to re-install it will need to be trimmed as shown in the attached installation instructions.
