Availability of 10K Weld-On Side-Wind Trailer Jack

Question:
Im looking for a weld-on trailer tongue jack. 8000 lbs-10,000 lbs . Top wind or side wind but prefer the side wind but the Exterior tubing must be min 3 and max 4. Thanks.

On the linked page you can view all 10K-rated side-wind weld-on trailer jacks. All come with a jack foot included but they range in lift height from 13-inches of lift up to 26-inches of lift. Pro Series 10K Square Jack # PS1400950376 offers 12-1/2-inches of lift and has an outer tube that is 3-inches wide.
