What is the length of the shank from the bolt holes to the tangs?

On the MaxxTow clevis hitch # MT70034 it measures 11 inches from the center of the hitch pin holes to the center of the tang holes and approximately 4 inches from the center of the pin holes to where the tangs are welded to the shank.
There is 2 inches of space between the tangs and from the centers of the tang holes back to the shank it is 3 inches.
