Since your existing brake line going to the brake actuating coupler on the trailer tongue is a hard line, it will need to be replaced with a flexible line, like # 18018-SF, at least to the point where the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit, # FHDPB330301, is installed.
