Could Inner Tube of Bulldog Coupler BD0289340317 Fit Bulldog Coupler On Trailer

Question:
I would like to change the inner pipe on a couple of my older stock trailers to the self latching cable pull type latches. your # is BD0289340317 I just want to know if the inner pipe of this latch will interchange with other bulldog hitches.

Most likely it would but pin diameter would need to be 3/4 inch in diameter and the outer diameter of the inner tube would need to be 4 inches for the inner tube of the part # BD0289340317 to fit your trailer.
