We do offer replacement bulbs for the Optronics Trailer Dome Light, part # IL91CB.
For an LED replacement you can use a light like part # DI85VR. This 12V light has 18 LEDs and offers 360-degrees light coverage and would be great for a dome light. The power draw for this light is 0.2 amps.
