If you have a custom SnowBear plow mount kit on your 2008 Toyota Tundra then yes, the cross member # SB324-060, will fit. The custom kit for your truck is # SB397-039 but it does not fit CrewMax models.

Another option if you don't already have a plow and mount kit is to use a model that fits in a front mount hitch. You would first need a front mount hitch though, # 31198. Then you could use any of the plows in the link I have provided.
