I am looking for a trailer electrical adapter to fit a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 5 flat connector for a boat trailer. Can you advise me on what item will work? Thank you

We do offer wiring adapters that allow a vehicle with one type of trailer connector to tow a trailer with a different connector. All such adapters like # A75TB, which converts a 7-way RV style connector to a 5-pole flat, are shown on the linked page. These are fine for the short-term but since adapters mean more connections - and more connections can mean more problems - I suggest instead a 5-pole wiring kit that plugs right in to the U.S. Car connector at the rear of the Ram.
You can use 5-pole flat wiring kit # C56515 and avoid the complication and expense of adapters for a more reliable wiring setup.
