The grille guard I recommend for your F-150 is part # BDW733650B.
This is the Bulldog Winch Grille Guard has multiple uses. It can be used alone as a grill guard or you can add items like a winch. Headlight guards like part # BDW726650B can also be added to the guard.
If adding a winch to the front of your truck you can use part # BDW733604 on the grille guard to mount 15K winches. For 9k winches use part # BDW733600, and for 12K winches use part # BDW733601.
