Hi, I lost my key to take my bike rack off for the winter because it is rusting. Unfortunately, It is locked on now. I only have the cable lock and key. What are my options? Where can I buy another key? Also, The handles themselves are very hard to get into the down position even though I tried and used W-D 40, and tried to loosen and wiggle them. Its not working. please help Thank you.

On the lock cylinder there will be a number stamped on it. With the number you will be able to pick out the correct replacement key to open your cargo box.
For example if you have the key number 2982 you would want the replacement key part # THKEYN2982.
If the rack is heavily rusted it will become more difficult to move the arms to the lower position. The only hope is more WD40 and continuing to work the arms till they move.
