Do you have the Vortex High Four Adapter that keeps the low beams on with the high beams?

I called my contact at Vision X about the Vortex Headlight Conversion Kit, part # XIL-7RDKIT.
They told me that you can wire the # XIL-7RDKIT so that the high beam and low beam can be used at the same time.
This light can also be used with the Halo ring function as a daytime running light.
