Would the Brophy stabilizer clamp and U Bolt for 2inch receiver Code rscp be something good to use when pulling 6500 lb travel trailer... or is just for accessories...

The Brophy Stabilizer Clamp and U-Bolt # RSCP is not to be used for towing. If you're looking for something to use to tow the Pro Series Anti-Rattle Device for 2" x 2" Trailer Hitch Receivers # PS63091 is an excellent option. Its jam nut sets it apart from the others because it keeps it as secure over time as it was when installed. It can absolutely be used with a ball mount for towing. Check out its demo video.
