Hi guys,Im looking for a Hitch for a 2002 Freightliner Sprinter. I can see a 2003 and up ...... same????? Thanks

The first generation of the Freightliner Sprinter in the U.S. covered years 1995 through 2006. We do show a hitch fit for the 2003 but not for the 2002, as you noted. It is possible that the Draw-Tite hitch # 75210 will fit but my contact there could not confirm this absolutely since they have not had one in for test fit.
We do offer multi-fit RV hitches that feature adjustable brackets. You can see these on the linked page. These frame-mount hitches vary in their tongue weight (TW) and towing capacities. They also differ in the vehicle frame widths that each will fit. Curt hitch # 13703 is perhaps the most versatile such option since it fits frame widths from 22- to 72-inches.
