I have Air Lift kit 57212 installed on a 2006 F250 XLT Short bed, what 5th wheel hitch options do I have for this application?

I have a solution for you, but the only fifth wheel rail kit we offer that will fit a 2006 Ford F-250 with the Air Lift Kit part # AL57212 installed is the Reese Universal Rail Kit part # RP30035.
Since you have a short bed truck you then would need to use a slider hitch to allow you turning clearance. For that you would want the Curt part # C16541 which has an excellent jaw design to provide great king pin contact and a slider that will give you 12" of travel.
