Im trying to find a hitch for my wifes mini year 2013 hard top single exhaust out the rear right side. Is there one that will work for this vehicle

For your wife's 2013 Mini Cooper that has a hardtop and a single exhaust the Curt hitch part # C11272 that you referenced is the correct hitch to use.
If you plan on doing a bit of towing you may also need the following:
Curt Powered Converter with Wiring Kit, # C59236, which provides a 4-way connector at the back of the vehicle.
Ball Mount # C45519
Hitch Ball # C40001 for 1-7/8" and # C40018 for 2"
