A gauge display like the Edge Insight CTS2 Comprehensive Gauge Display # EP84130 would not void the warranty of a vehicle as all it does is display information that is present at the OBDII connector.
Since the display looks like a programmer which dealers don't like to see installed on trucks I would still probably remove it from the truck before taking it into the dealer.
