Yakima has not made the Ridgeline fit the GX460 yet and may not. Does the Yakima RailGrab fix the flush rails on the GX460?

Yes, Yakima did have a fit for their Railgrab roof racks for the flush rails of the 2015 Lexus GX 460. That being said they no longer make the Railgrab and we are out of them.
What I can recommend for you is similar Inno roof rack that consists of part numbers # INB127, # INTR, and # INTR134 that is a fit for your vehicle and is currently in production.
