We do have hitch mounted platform bike carriers that will be able to work with your Day6 Recumbent bike but the three bike carriers you mentioned will work with your bike.
I recommend the Holly7wood Racks Sport Rider 2, part # HR1000Z-R. This bike carrier has a weight capacity of 45-lbs per bike and can handle a wheelbase up to 74 inches. The distance form the hitch pin hole to the closest wheel hoop on the bike carrier is 8-1/2 inches.
If your Day6 bike is an electric bike I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Platform Rack, part # TH903202. This bike carrier has a capacity of 65-lbs per bike.
