I am looking to purchase the ram led lighted emblem back do I need to purchase anything else? it mentioned I may need some converter depending on if I have one wire or two?

You won't need to add a converter should it be needed when installing the Ram lighted emblem # RP86619. The converter is included. So you won't have to purchase anything else! I have linked a video review of the emblem for you.
