Do you know of any compatibility issue using this hitch with a Kuat NV bike rack on a Chevy Astro van 2002, AWD, full size spare tire?

The Draw Tite hitch part # 75122 is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch opening like what the Kuat NV part # NV22G is designed to fit. This hitch also fits with the full sized spare mounted to the vehicle.
This hitch and bike rack would be a great option for your 2002 Chevy Astro van. Or if you have the rack already the hitch would work well with it.
