I went out into our warehouse and inspected the drawbar that comes included with the Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch Receiver with Drawbar - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 inch, part # 60832 (no longer available), and it has a solid shank.

The included Class I drawbar, that is designed for 1-1/4 inch, hitch openings has a tongue weight capacity of 200 lb, and gross trailer weight limit of 2000 lbs.
