Aerodynamic Roof Rack Crossbars for 2015 VW SportWagen with Panoramic Sunroof

Question:
Ive read in several forums about troubles with non-VW-crossbars interfering with above roof opening sunroof. But the VW crossbars seem to be noisy and inefficient. Can you please verify which cross bars is most aerodynamic that will not interfere with the top opening sunroof. Thanks,

For the 2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen the Thule Aeroblade Edge Rack part # TH7501B-TH7502B that you referenced is going to be the most aerodynamic option we carry. The bars are shaped to provide the best aerodynamics and since the bars do not extend past the feet of the rack they will sit a bit lower (gets them out of some of the wind) and would have less bar to make wind noise.
If the panoramic roof, when opened, raises higher than the tops of the side rails then you will not be able to open it with the rack installed.
It is pretty hard to have a roof rack installed that won't make a lot of noise with the sun roof open but this will be the best option.
