Hello there, I have cherry bombs on a 1968 ford f100 truck. I am looking for tips to install. The problem I seem to be having is that the outside diam. of the cherry bomb is 2.1 inches. I need exhaust tips to fit this. They need to be 10 -13 inches long. Some of these models are 21/4, 21/2, and 13/4 and so on. Some fit 21/4 - 21/2, which one should I buy? I guess it dont matter on clamp or weld on, prefer clamp. So my question is do you sell tips for 2.1 inch tailpipes? Thanks

I spoke with our representative at Magnaflow and he informed me that the closest tip that is available to fit 2.1 inch exhaust is 2-1/4 inches. He informed me that you would need to have the tips installed at an exhaust shop, as they would need to either use a sleeve for the tip to fit tightly or flex the exhaust pipe out to 2-1/4 inches for the tip to fit correctly.

The item you selected, MagnaFlow 3 Inch Exhaust Tip - Stainless, Clamp-On for 2-1/4 - 2-1/2 Inch Tailpipe, part # MF35208, would work for your 1968 Ford F-100 Truck with 2.1 Cherry Bomb Exhaust.

Another exhaust tip I would recommend is MagnaFlow 3-1/2 Inch Exhaust Tip - Stainless, Weld-On for 2-1/4 Inch Tailpipe, part # MF35216, which I think would fit the style of your truck well. Part # MF35216 is a weld on tip, but an exhaust shop could install it easily.
