will a draw - tite hitch#36542 for a 2016 Nissan rogue be adaptable to fit a 2010 Nissan murano?

I have a hitch solution I can provide for your, but the Rogue and Muranos are different enough to call for different hitch designs.
For your 2010 Murano you would want the etrailer hitch # e65AR which is a confirmed fit.
