The Kuat Transfer 2 that you referenced comes with an anti-rattle device. To convert it to a locking hitch pin would require the part # PTSCLK12 which attaches to the end of the hitch pin and then offers a cable lock that you can route through your bike frame.

This is the only locking hitch pin setup I can recommend for the Transfer.
