I have two Yakima Copperhead bike mounts which Id like to occassionally mount to the roof rack. Is this rack compatible with bike mounts. Alternatively, Ill sell the Yakima Copperheads for another mount which is compatible to the rack.

The Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket # RMCB is not designed to have a roof-mount bike rack attached to it. My contact at Rhino Rack confirmed that this rooftop basket is meant only for holding luggage, etc. Even if it were rated for such an application the front wind fairing would interfere with efforts to install a roof-rack-mount bike carrier like your Yakima Copperhead. That said, the Copperhead does fit both round and square bar roof rack crossbars.
My Yakima contact did confirm that all of their rooftop cargo baskets, such as the LoadWarrior # Y07070-74, are fully compatible with your two Copperhead bike racks.
