Question:

Hello, I have a Jayco Whit Hawk Travel trailer 2013 I would like to add a LED strip turn signal light. My goal is to make the signals easier to see for guy behind me. Should I replace my existing light not LED What would you recommend? I can send photos if you need them. Thank you very much for your help

Since your current lamps are surface mounted, you'll have some more flexibility in choosing a lamp. Going with an LED lamp is a great idea, brighter light while using a fraction of the electricity. It's not too often you can have your cake and eat it too, but this is one of those times.

Using a lamp like # 328-003-81LBM1 for the driver and # 328-003-81BM1 for the passenger side would provide a lamp pretty similar in size to what you had before, but the 22-diode lamps would be considerably brighter than what you have now. Traffic behind you will have no doubt as to your intentions.

The driver's side lamp does have a license plate light on the underside, as well as an integrated license plate bracket like your old lamp did.
