The Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack - Sidewind - 15 inch Lift - 7,000 lbs, item # BD198250, has a male pipe on the jack and a female receiver that welds to the trailer. This female receiver has an inside diameter of just over 2-1/2 inches to fit on the 2-1/2 inch male pipe welded to the jack. This jack utilizes a 5/8 inch pin to secure the jack to the trailer. When fully extended it is 31 inches from where it mounts to jack to the ground.
It sounds like this jack would work well for you, but without knowing more it's hard to say for certain. If nothing else the mount for this jack could easily get welded to your trailer.
